Our server pollyana was so wonderful, checking on us a few times, so sweet and had a lovely aura to her, she made our experience so nice. Although the restaurant was quiet at the time she kept herself busy cleaning and looking after other areas, but made sure to be near enough to us we could ask for something!! Amazing food, we got the lunch wrap, fried pickles and Cajun tenders. I was originally disappointed it was a dry rub because I’ve never had Cajun outside of a sauce but it was AMAZING, so glad we chose it.

The staff is very kind. The guy who served us, Victor, was very polite and recommended dishes that were all amazing: the burger, the chicken wings, a cheese ball, and the potatoes with sauces. The beer we drank, Outstanding, was spectacular. The place was clean, the bathroom clean, everything very organized. We will come back, without doubt.
I came from Portugal to visit Ireland and my experience at Firebyrd was simply amazing – the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! The place is very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are fair.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Victor, who was incredibly friendly and professional. It was the first time someone explained the entire menu to me in such detail, especially the items I didn’t fully understand at first. He was patient, polite, and really made the experience even better.
I also want to highlight his beer recommendation, I tried two types, both were fantastic, but my favorite was the Rye River. It was so good that I went back the next day just to have it again.
Highly recommend Firebyrd for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a fun experience in Ireland!
